SP+ is hiring a Part-Time Airport Curbside Concierge Check-in Agent in Richmond, VA. You will check in guests, process luggage and boarding passes, and assist travelers at a busy airport curbside location, with outdoor duties and security procedures training provided.

The role requires excellent guest service, basic data entry, and cash/card handling skills, with the possibility of earning tips in addition to the hourly wage. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Early morning shift availability.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service role preferred.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests warmly at the desk.
• Assist guests with check-in of luggage and issue boarding passes.
• Input guest information for those not enrolled in the process.
• Process check-in and weigh bags, charge for overweight bags.
• Tag luggage and provide boarding passes, receipts, and luggage tickets.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk and follow client guidelines.
• Handle payments (credit cards) and answer guest questions.
