Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge – Airline Check-in Agent at airport curbside locations. The role involves checking in passengers, tagging bags, issuing boarding passes, and providing flight information with a high level of customer service.

Must be able to work outdoors, weekends, and stand for long periods. Candidates should be able to lift/move luggage, process payments, and comply with TSA and airline standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Able to work in early morning rotations and weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with curbside check-in.
• Assist guests with luggage check-in and boarding pass issuance.
• Process check-ins, tag bags, and collect payments as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Answer questions and provide directions and flight information.
