SP+ (a Metropolis Company) is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at our Richmond, VA airport location. You will handle luggage per TSA standards, issue boarding passes, tag bags, and provide information to passengers with a focus on safety and service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include early morning shifts, at least 6 months in guest service, data entry experience, clear communication, ability to work outside, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests warmly as they approach the desk.
• Assist guests with check-in of luggage and verify flight details.
• Input guest information for new customers.
• Process check-in and charge for bags as per airline rules.
• Weigh bags to verify weight and apply overweight charges.
• Tag luggage with correct destination and provide boarding passes and receipts.
