Job summary

Bags, a SP+ Company, is hiring a Curbside Concierge – Airline Check‑in Agent at a busy airport curbside location. This part-time, on-call role requires early morning shifts, weekend availability, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather while assisting guests with luggage check-in, boarding passes, and basic flight information.

The job demands strong customer service, the ability to handle payments, and TSA‑compliant processing, with required training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk.
• Assist guests with check-in of luggage and verify flight itineraries.
• Input guest information for those not previously enrolled in the process.
• Process the check-in of guests' bags, including charging for bags as required by airlines.
• Weigh guests' bags to verify weight and charge for overweight bags.
• Tag guest luggage with destination tags.
• Provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets and receipts to guests.
• Secure luggage upon acceptance and completion of processing.
• Manage payments (credit card) received from guests.
• Answer telephones and guest questions.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a positive, friendly and professional manner at all times.
• Organize and stock the concierge desk.
• Uphold client guest service guidelines and values.
• Perform simple addition as needed.
