SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to support travelers at a busy airport curbside. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, luggage handling, and accurate bag tagging while adhering to TSA and airline guidelines.

Responsibilities include check-in, boarding pass issuance, and assisting guests with bags and directions in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and early shifts are required; outdoor work is routine.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Ability to work early morning rotation and weekends/holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with airline check-in and luggage processing.
• Verify flight itineraries, weigh luggage, and charge overweight bags.
• Provide boarding passes, luggage tags, receipts, and directions to passengers.
• Maintain professional appearance and deliver high level customer service.
