SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to work at a busy airport curbside location, handling luggage, issuing boarding passes, and guiding guests. The role demands outdoor work in various weather conditions and weekend/holiday availability.

Training is provided, with emphasis on TSA standards, safety, and high-level customer service in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have prior guest service experience and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests warmly as they approach the desk.
• Assist guests with check-in of luggage to appropriate airlines and verify flight itineraries.
• Input guest information for those not previously enrolled.
• Process check-in and bag payments as per airline requirements.
• Weigh bags and charge for overweight items.
• Tag luggage with destination tags and provide boarding passes.
• Secure luggage after processing guests.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Organize and stock the Concierge desk.
• Handle payments and answer guest questions.
