Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to greet guests at the airport curb, assist with luggage check-in, issue boarding passes and coordinate with airlines. This role requires outside work in all weather, early morning shifts, and weekend availability; training, TSA/HAZMAT familiarity, and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

You will handle payments, weigh bags, tag luggage, and provide directions and flight information while maintaining

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in of luggage and boarding passes according to airline requirements.
• Input guest information and process payments as needed.
• Weigh and tag luggage and issue receipts.
• Provide directions, flight information and general assistance to guests.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
