Job summary

SP+ Corporation is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist guests at a busy airport curbside. You will handle luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide directions and information with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities include bag handling, weight verification, and processing payments while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor in varying weather conditions. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers and issue boarding passes at curbside.
• Handle luggage and verify flight itinerary and bag counts.
• Input guest information for new enrollments.
• Process check-in of bags and collect overweight charges.
• Tag luggage and provide boarding passes and receipts.
• Maintain luggage security and professional service standards.
• Answer guest questions and assist with directions and information.
• Manage payments and operate in a fast-paced environment.
