Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist travelers at an airport curbside location in Baltimore. You will check in luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide flight information while ensuring high levels of customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Shifts start early, with weekend and holiday availability required. The role involves physical tasks, security training, and handling payments for bags as per airline rules.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and clients
• Able to work in outdoor weather conditions
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk and assist with check-in of luggage and boarding passes
• Process luggage weighing and tagging, collect payments per airline requirements
• Input guest information for new enrollments and verify flight itineraries
• Maintain desk organization, provide directions and information to passengers
• Uphold safety standards and complete required airport badge and training
