SP Plus Corporation is seeking a curbside concierge - airline check-in agent for a busy airport curbside location. You will check in passengers, handle luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide directions and flight information, all while maintaining a high level of customer service outdoors.

Role requires early-morning shifts, weekend availability, and compliance training. Candidates should have at least 6 months of front-desk or guest-service experience and pass TSA-related training and

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Data entry and computer experience preferred.
• Clear communication with guests and clients required.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly at curbside and assist check-in.
• Assist luggage check-in and boarding pass issuance.
• Input guest details for new enrollments.
• Process check-in of bags and collect applicable bag fees.
• Weigh bags and charge for overweight items.
• Tag luggage with destination tags and provide receipts.
• Secure luggage after processing and maintain desk organization.
• Assist with payments and answer guest questions.
