Job summary

SP+ Corporation, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at a busy US airport location. You will check in passengers, issue boarding passes, and help with luggage handling at curbside, daily early shifts and weekend coverage.

We value punctuality, excellent communication, and the ability to work outside in various weather. Training, security compliance, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Early morning shift availability.
• 6+ months experience in a face-to-face guest service role.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers at curbside and issue boarding passes.
• Tag and weigh luggage per airline rules and collect payments for excess baggage.
• Provide flight information and directions to passengers.
• Maintain a positive, professional guest service attitude at all times.
• Assist guests and stock the concierge desk.
• Complete airline compliance training and security procedures.
