HMSHost is seeking a Cook at Boston airport to prepare and cook food across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs. You will communicate with the manager about ticket times and issues, delivering high-quality service to customers and staff in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of cooking experience, knowledge of HACCP, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining food safety standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Requires food preparation skills and HACCP knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of related cooking experience; high-volume casual dining preferred.
• Knowledge of soups, sauté, broiler, fry, and pantry.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Estimate production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment.
