Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations and no major incidents in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services to customers.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment.
• Provide directions and local information to customers when needed.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries via phone and in-person.
• Assist with vehicle return inspection and note any issues for management.
