Job summary

National Car Rental at Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide friendly, efficient service and guide customers through the rental process.

You will greet customers, explain terms and options, upsell enhancements, coordinate reservations, and answer calls while maintaining dependable attendance. Multiple shifts available, including evenings and weekends to cover business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or hospitality.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information; provide service information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via phone and in person.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
