Enterprise Mobility/Enterprise Rent-A-Car is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at Gulf Shores International Airport (GUF). You will greet customers, explain rental terms and vehicle features, and help with optional services to ensure a smooth rental and timely return.

We’re looking for friendly communicators with at least two years in customer service or sales, a valid driver's license with clean record, and the ability to work a schedule including mornings and evenings.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required.
• Two years of continuous customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Current and valid driver's license with limited moving violations and no at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No disqualifying driving violations (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• Suggest optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and questions; provide information and resolution.
• Perform return inspections and report vehicle conditions.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform backup duties as assigned.
