National Car Rental at Fort Wayne International Airport is hiring a Customer Experience Representative. You will greet customers, explain rental terms and vehicle features, and offer protections and upgrades to enhance the rental experience.

Requires at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, 18+ years old, and a valid US driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Handle reservations via phone for quotes and general questions.
• Maintain punctual attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
