National Car Rental is seeking a Temporary Customer Experience Representative at Gulf Shores International Airport. You will greet customers, clearly explain rental terms and vehicle features, and process transactions to ensure a smooth rental and return experience.

This 90-day seasonal role requires strong customer service and a friendly, professional demeanor. You will handle reservations, upgrades, and information requests while maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Greet customers professionally in person.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features to customers.
• Offer additional products and upgrades to customers.
• Assist with directions and local information as needed.
• Answer reservations, quotes, and general questions.
• Handle callbacks and outbound inquiries as assigned.
• Inspect returned vehicles and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
