National Car Rental is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Montgomery Airport location. You will greet customers, verify driver information, and process rentals efficiently while offering approved products and services.

The role requires strong customer service and clear communication, with full-time hours and a starting pay of $17 per hour. The position emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accurate documentation, and teamwork to ensure a smooth rental and return experience.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or admin support.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet customers professionally, in a friendly and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services to customers.
• Suggest protection products, upgrades, fuel options and additional equipment as appropriate.
• Provide directions and local information to customers and assist with reservations.
• Handle reservations, quotes and general inquiries, coordinating with other branches and vendors.
• Assist with vehicle return inspections and communicate any issues to management.
