Job summary

National Car Rental is seeking a Customer Experience Representative at Charlottesville Airport to greet customers, verify information, and guide them through rental terms. You will deliver friendly service, suggest options, and ensure a smooth rental and return experience.

The role includes a rotating schedule, hourly pay starting at $16.38, and eligibility for monthly incentive bonuses. Candidates should have 1 year of customer service or sales experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle options.
• Suggest protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Offer directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned calls.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Notify Management of any known customer or vehicle problems.
• Pursue training and development opportunities and company-sponsored training.
• Maintain punctual attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
