National Car Rental at Bellingham Airport is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to deliver friendly, efficient service and guide customers through rental terms, vehicle features, and optional services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional services to customers.
• Use approved sales techniques to assess needs and offer protection products, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Provide directions and local area information to customers and assist with inquiries.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; coordinate with branches and vendors.
• Make outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-ups as assigned.
• Assist in verifying driver information to ensure smooth rental and return process.
• Report any customer or vehicle issues to Management and contribute to on-the-job training.
