Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to carry and lift bags up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage; schedule and manage manpower.
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations.
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
