Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Station Supervisor to lead Agents/Clerks in Lafayette, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time operations. You will oversee scheduling, manpower, and training while maintaining records and compliance with policy.

The role requires a real ID, ability to lift 75 lbs, and flexibility to work shifts that include nights and weekends, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork within a fast-paced airline environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or travel authority for business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
• Conduct Agent observations and schedule local training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Adhere to uniform policy and may perform Station Agent duties as required.
• Participate in station conferences, audits, and report generation.
• Maintain records (time & attendance, personnel files, performance).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures.
