Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED
• Possess a valid, unexpired driver's license (REAL ID may apply)
• Able to carry, bend, lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manage scheduling and manpower utilization
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation
• Conduct Agent observations and local training
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
• Adhere to uniform policy and participate in conference calls and station audits
• Prepare records (time/attendance, personnel files, performance) and support cross-functional duties during peak times
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a safe and on-time departure
