Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead station operations, overseeing Agents/Clerks to ensure safe, on-time performance and a positive passenger experience.

The role requires organizing work, scheduling staff, and training, with responsibility for resolving operational and customer service issues. You will supervise ramp and customer service duties, maintain records, and participate in audits and reports, ensuring compliance with safety and airline standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks for safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manage scheduling and manpower.
• Maintain safe, dependable, and consistent operation; conduct observations.
• Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Supervise ramp and customer service duties as needed; manage reports and records.
• Support positive passenger experiences from check-in to departure.
