Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate coverage; manage scheduling and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations.
• Schedule local training, including new hire onboarding and safety briefings.
• Investigate operational and customer service issues and implement solutions.
• Assist with uniforms, audits, and reporting; collaborate on station activities.
