Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Station Supervisor to lead daily station operations, oversee Agents/Clerks, and ensure safe, on-time performance.

You'll coordinate coverage, conduct agent observations, train new hires, and resolve operational and customer service issues while adhering to company policies. This on-site role is based in Memphis, TN and offers flight privileges and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to carry/lift up to 75 lbs and work rotating shifts
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks for safety and on-time dependability.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manage scheduling/manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation.
• Conduct Agent observations and local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Adhere to uniform policy and participate in conference calls and station audits.
• Maintain records such as time/attendance and performance; support ramp and ticketing tasks as needed.
