Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Station Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day station operations and lead Agents/Clerks to ensure safe, on-time performance. You will oversee coverage, supervise activities, and drive continuous improvement in both ramp and customer service functions.

The role requires strong leadership, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and fluency in English. U.S. work authorization is required, with opportunities for growth within the American Airlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license; travel needs may apply.
• Able to lift and carry bags up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and irregular hours.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing Agents/Clerks for safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure coverage and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
• Conduct agent observations and local training including new hires.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Supervise and perform station duties; support check-in, ticketing, and baggage handling.
