The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety standards and high service levels for customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• English fluency (read/write/speak).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks for safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure adequate coverage; manage scheduling and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations.
• Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
