Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Station Supervisor to coordinate daily station operations, lead Agents/Clerks, and ensure a safe, on-time operation.

Strong leadership and communication are essential, with the ability to manage scheduling, training, and performance records. The role requires guiding teams in a fast-paced airline environment and ensuring adherence to policies, safety standards, and quality service for passengers and operations.

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manage scheduling and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation; conduct Agent observations.
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
