Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Station Supervisor to help manage day-to-day station operations and lead Agents/Clerks to ensure safe and on-time service. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with airline procedures.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, legal right to work in the United States, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Flexibility for shift work and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID or travel authority for business needs.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and efficient scheduling of personnel.
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and on-time operation.
• Conduct Agent observations and administer local training for new hires.
• Handle customer service issues and operational reporting; support supervision duties.
• Assist with passenger check-in, ticketing, baggage handling, and guiding aircraft movements.
