Motorola Solutions' Silvus Technologies unit seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements. This role supports field tests across airborne and expeditionary networks, with up to 50% travel and flexible remote options depending on location.

You will work with Applications Engineering and Business Development to demonstrate interoperability, gather battlefield feedback, and align roadmaps with DoD priorities in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; 2–5 years in systems engineering, tech business development, or defense tech.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment and security clearance requirements.

Mansioni

• Support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering to benchmark solution architectures.
• Align work with strategic priorities with Business Development.
• Develop and present technical demos for airborne and expeditionary networks.
• Identify potential partner integrations and test end-to-end networks.
• Engage with Air Force program offices and AFLCMC leads.
• Gather field feedback to influence product roadmap.
