Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies seeks a Business Development Engineer for US Air Force programs. You will bridge RF capabilities with DoD requirements, support field trials, and present technical demonstrations across airborne, surface, and expeditionary networks.

50% travel and a strong emphasis on security and DoD processes are core. Reporting to Applications Engineering, you’ll collaborate with engineering and BD teams to ensure interoperable, field-ready radio solutions and to align

Competenze

• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizen required due to government contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering/CS field with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.

Mansioni

• Analyze USAF operational priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan and execute field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Provide technical demonstrations for airborne, edge, and expeditionary networks.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical input and reviews.
• Collaborate with BD to align work with strategic priorities.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and customer meetings.
