Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive AIOps and agentic operations initiatives for large enterprises. You will design architectures, frame CIO-level business cases, and build practical delivery plans that enable automation-first transformation.

You will lead governance, workforce changes, and client workshops to demonstrate tangible outcomes in complex IT environments. This role requires 8+ years in IT operations and leadership, plus a track record of delivering measurable

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with enterprise run experience.
Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance/sre/reliability.
Minimum 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
Frame the vision for CIO audiences and articulate the path to automation-first state.
Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps and operating model transitions.
Assess and sequence automation opportunities to prioritize genuine ROI.
Lead the operating model transition including roles, processes, and governance.
Shape and support business development through client workshops and proposals.
Provide thought leadership on intelligent operations, multi-agent orchestration, and governance frameworks.
