Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations or technology consulting.
- 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance.
- 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps or intelligent operations programs.
Responsibilities
- Design AIOps architectures grounded in enterprise run experience.
- Frame the vision for CIO audiences and translate to a business case.
- Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps and operating model transitions.
- Assess and sequence automation opportunities for production impact.
- Lead the operating model transition including roles and governance.
- Support business development with client workshops and proposals.
- Provide thought leadership on multi-agent orchestration and AI readiness.
