Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager, AIOps & agentic operations advisory to help large enterprises move to automation-first delivery. This role targets practitioners with enterprise IT operations experience who can translate runbooks into scalable, automated architectures and governance.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting.
Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance, service delivery, or infrastructure reliability in a complex enterprise environment.
Minimum 3+ years experience designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs — with evidence of measurable operational outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
Frame the vision for CIO audiences—translating complex operational transformation into a clear business case.
Build the delivery plans—defining phased roadmaps, workstream structures, tooling selections, and operating model transitions.
Assess and sequence the automation opportunity—prioritising genuine quick wins versus risky automation.
Lead the operating model transition—redesigning roles, processes, and governance for multi-agent environments.
Shape and support business development—leading client workshops and contributing to proposals.
Provide thought leadership on intelligent operations, including multi-agent orchestration and AI-driven change risk assessment.
