8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for performance and service delivery.
3+ years designing and delivering AIOps or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total); Associate's degree requires 6+ years.

Responsibilities

Frame the CIO audience with a clear business case and automation-first target state.
Build phased delivery roadmaps, workstreams, tooling choices, and transitions.
Assess automation opportunities and prioritize high-impact wins.
Lead operating model transition: redefine roles, processes, governance for agents vs humans.
Support business development with client workshops and opportunity origination.
