Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead AIOps and agentic operations advisory for large enterprises. You will translate hands-on run experience into a compelling CIO-focused vision, build phased delivery plans, and guide cross-functional teams toward automation-first outcomes.

You will shape operating models, governance, and organizational change while contributing to business development through client workshops and proposals. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership in enterprise operations, reliability practices, and incident management.
• End-to-end automation programme design and adoption management.
• CIO-level advisory with business case development and phased roadmaps.
