Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead AIOps and agentic operations advisory work for large enterprises. The role blends hands-on IT operations credibility with strategic delivery and client engagement, driving automation-first transformations across multi-cloud environments.

The position requires deep operational run experience, leadership accountability, and measurable outcomes, with travel as needed and a strong Practice focus on intelligent operations and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting.
• 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance.
• 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the CIO-focused business case and path to automation-first target state.
• Build phased roadmaps, workstreams, and operating model transitions.
• Assess automation opportunities and prioritize measurable impact.
• Lead operating model transitions with redesigned roles and governance.
• Support business development through client workshops and proposals.
• Provide thought leadership on multi-agent orchestration and AI readiness.
