Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager for AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to guide large enterprises from reactive operations to automation-first delivery. This role targets practitioners with hands-on enterprise IT operations leadership who can articulate a compelling CIO-level business case and deliver cross-functional implementation plans.

The position requires 8+ years in IT operations and leadership, plus 3+ years in AIOps/automation programs, with a focus on real-world run experiences

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive IT operations/infrastructure experience including running enterprise operations at scale
• 8+ years leadership accountability for service delivery or infrastructure reliability
• 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps/automation programs with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the vision for CIO audiences and translate it into business cases and roadmaps.
• Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps, workstreams, tooling selections, and operating model transitions.
• Assess and sequence automation opportunities focusing on genuine ROI and risk reduction.
• Lead operating model transitions including roles, processes, governance for agentic vs human operators.
• Shape and support business development through client workshops and proposals.
• Provide thought leadership on intelligent operations, multi-agent orchestration, and governance frameworks.
