Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager, AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to help large enterprises move from reactive, human-run operations to automation-first delivery. This role requires hands-on enterprise IT operations experience and the ability to translate operational reality into a CIO-level business case.

Travel may be required (25%–100%). Responsibilities include designing architectures, building phased roadmaps, sequencing automation, leading governance changes, and shaping business

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT operations or tech consulting with enterprise run experience.
• 8+ years in leadership with operational accountability in complex environments.
• 3+ years designing/delivering AIOps or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years), or 6 years with Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the CIO-facing business case and target state for automation.
• Build delivery plans with roadmaps, workstreams, tooling, and governance transitions.
• Assess automation opportunities and prioritise production-ready initiatives.
• Lead operating model transitions: roles, processes, governance; human oversight maintained.
• Shape business development through client workshops and compelling proposals.
• Provide thought leadership on intelligent operations and AI governance.
