SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and author digital content to enable attorneys, partners, and staff to use AI tools effectively and responsibly.

You will drive adoption of Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms, coach on prompt engineering, and collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with governance and privacy standards.

Competenze

• 4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech setting.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, token management, and output validation.
• Experience creating learning content and managing courses in LMS platforms (Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual training delivery to professional audiences.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident residing in an approved state.

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick references, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows and productivity use cases.

• Roll out and drive adoption of Harvey and other AI platforms across the firm.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context windows, and token management in practice.
• Govern responsible AI usage, data privacy, and compliance within legal workstreams.
• Collaborate with senior partners and executives to align education with strategy.
