Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC partners with a national law firm to hire an AI Training & Enablement Consultant. The role leads artificial intelligence education, adoption, and enablement initiatives across the firm, collaborating with the central training team to design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital learning content, and guide legal professionals on effective and responsible AI usage.

The position emphasizes practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (notably Harvey)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training or technology consulting.
• Experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal environment experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow concepts.
• Experience with Absorb LMS or modern LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives across the firm, creating learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Develop training materials, guides, prompts libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS and maintain content.
