Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a Mid–Senior AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and governance of enterprise AI for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual training, and develop digital content for attorneys, partners, and executives using Harvey and other foundational models.

You will build training modules in Absorb LMS, coach on prompt engineering and token management, and promote responsible AI practices across legal workflows

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Direct Harvey AI training experience or law-firm AI consulting.
• Deep understanding of prompts, token management, and validation.
• Experience creating LMS content and administering courses (Absorb LMS).
• Experience delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
• U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives across the firm, tailoring learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create training materials, quick guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows and productivity.
• Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS.
• Roll out Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms with adoption focus.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window, and token management.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and data privacy compliance.
