Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education and adoption of AI across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual training, and guide attorneys, partners, and staff on effective use of platforms like Harvey and foundation models.

You will build learning modules in Absorb LMS, train on prompt engineering and token management, and partner with the firm's training team to drive practical workflow adoption while upholding

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Experience in a law firm or legal tech environment is a plus.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Proficiency with Absorb LMS for course delivery.
• US citizenship or permanent residency in an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives and learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create training materials, guides, libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows.
• Publish modules in Absorb LMS.
• Provide coaching on governance, confidentiality, and responsible AI usage.
