SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a remote AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital learning content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on effective and responsible AI usage, with emphasis on Harvey and foundation models.

Formación

• 4+ years of technical training or enablement experience.
• 1+ years training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or experience in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (e.g., Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual instructor-led training delivery to professional audiences.
• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Responsabilidades

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and tailor learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within the firm's LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and foundation models usage.
• Establish governance and best-practice frameworks for AI in legal work.
