SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an experienced AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual training, and publish digital modules focusing on Harvey and foundation models.

You will build learning paths for attorneys and staff, create quick guides, coach on prompt engineering, and drive adoption across platforms while upholding confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or law firm/legal tech consultant experience.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Responsabilidades

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within the firm's Learning Management System (Absorb LMS).
• Roll out Harvey AI platform adoption and provide end-user training.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management.
• Ensure responsible AI use and data privacy compliance.
