Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead artificial intelligence education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You’ll design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys and executives on effective AI usage, with a focus on Harvey and foundation models like Claude and OpenAI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or instructional design.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives and create learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Develop training materials, prompts, guides, and modules for online and ILT sessions.
• Deliver live virtual and instructor-led training focused on legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and maintain content.
