Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a national remote AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, and publish modules to support practical AI workflows in legal contexts.

You will coach executives on responsible AI usage, drive platform adoption for Harvey and other leading models, and collaborate with the firm's training team to ensure effective knowledge transfer and measurable

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
1+ year of experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI or experience in a law firm/legal environment as an AI/tech consultant.
Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompts, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
Experience developing learning content in LMS platforms (Absorb LMS).
Strong live virtual training delivery to professional audiences.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident residing in an approved state.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, prompts libraries, and interactive modules.
Deliver live virtual and instructor-led sessions on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and coordinate with the central training team.
Provide hands-on enablement for Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok, and related tools.
Guide governance and responsible AI practices and track attendance and feedback.
