Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and guide legal professionals on responsible AI usage across Harvey and major foundation models.

Collaborating with the firm's training team, you will author digital content, create learning modules, and drive practical workflow adoption in legal contexts while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
• 1+ years of experience training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Harvey AI or work in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, token management, and context limits.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows and productivity.
• Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS and similar systems.
