Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual instruction, author learning content, and guide professionals on effective AI usage across Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, and Grok.

You will collaborate with the central training team to rollout governance, workflows, and best practices, ensuring practical adoption and high-impact

Qualifications

4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and administrative staff.
Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive instructional modules.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led training sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey and enterprise AI platforms.
Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management.
Provide governance and guidance on responsible AI practices and data privacy.
Track training attendance and platform usage to refine strategies.
